S'Estància d'en Carretero is located on an old country road that used to link Mahón with Sant Lluís, nowadays a picturesque example of authentic Menorcan roads, with their dry walls, passing between green "tancas" and country houses. Its privileged location between Mahón, Sant Lluís and Es Castell makes it the best option for those looking to be close to the main towns and beaches of the eastern part of Menorca. Being located on a rural road, the cottage offers a very peaceful environment to be in direct contact with nature, to rest and enjoy every moment to the full.

The charming cottage consists of a bedroom with a wooden bed, a living-dining room-kitchen decorated and equipped with love, and a small bathroom, recently renovated and modernized. It is an ideal place for couples. The direct outside area consists of a terrace, where most of the time is spent, under the pergola covered by green vines, the barbecue area and the garden, then there is a whole expanse of countryside all around. There are friendly donkeys as neighbours. There are also stables where you can watch the horses being saddled and prepared for an equestrian ride. Authentic country life, for true nature lovers.

Both Sant Lluís and Es Castell have all kinds of services and are only 2 to 3 kilometres away from the house. Mahón with its extensive gastronomic and cultural offer is no further away. The beautiful beaches of Binibeca, Punta Prima Alcaufar or Binisafua are about 7 minutes away by car. If you like hiking or cycling, in the surroundings of the house you will find different rural paths to enjoy the typical landscape of the island.
