The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 40 m² living room with TV, WiFi, a sofa, a double sofa bed, and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc. - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed and storage space - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, 2 portable air conditioners, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A west-facing balcony of approximately 10 m² - An east-facing terrace of 20-25 m² with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days The apartment is ideally located in Perpignan, in a very pleasant and quiet environment.
You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities: Located about thirty kilometers from the Spanish border, Perpignan is classified as a City of Art and History thanks to its past as the former continental capital of the Kingdom of Majorca.
