We are offering this charming house for rent in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay beach, completely renovated in 2023, less than 300 m from the beach, with a surface area of approximately 28 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room and a garden of approximately 150 m². We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Living area:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, WiFi (fibre optic), fireplace (wood not provided), double sofa bed and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, toaster, etc.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with toilet.
- Three single beds on a mezzanine (ideal for children).

Outside:
- A beautiful garden of around 150 m² and a terrace to enjoy sunny days.
- A south-southwest facing terrace with 2 armchairs and a small table.
We provide a barbecue and garden furniture. A large wooden table is also available for breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. A hose is also available for when you return from the beach.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay beach, in a very pleasant environment and very close to the sea. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport:
- You can park directly in the enclosed garden.
- Nearest train station: Coutances (33 mins).
- Nearest airport: Caen (1 hr 27 mins) or Rennes (2 hrs 14 mins).

Other comments:
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic).
- Fireplace with insert (wood provided).
- One pet allowed for an additional fee of €15/stay, please specify when booking. It is essential to remove any deposits left by your pet in the garden out of respect for future guests and to avoid damaging the robot lawnmower.
- Bed linen and towels are not provided.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
