Well-positioned in the seaside village of St Bees, Cumbria, is Seaspray, a delightful, two-bedroom bungalow.

Resting paces away from the beach and a hub of amenities, whilst within driving distance of the Lake District National Park, Seaspray offers a well-equipped base for a self-catered stay, for four guests and their furry companions.

Benefit from ample, private parking, before heading through the front door and into the kitchen/diner; complete with all the essentials, make use of the electric oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher, helping ease your stay.

Prepare meals to be enjoyed around the dining table, or head outdoors for an alfresco affair, listening to the nearby waves whilst basking in the Cumbrian sunlight.

For privacy, be sure to relax in the enclosed rear patio whilst your four-legged friends roam and play in the secure garden or locate the living/dining room to unwind on the large four seater including two reclining sofas.. As day turns into night, catch some rest from one of two bedrooms on offer, including a twin (can be Superking on request), and a double, both complete with TVs and serviced by the lovely bathroom.

Refresh and prepare for your adventure before heading into the village to stock up on the essentials or to grab a bite to eat, before following the Coast-to-Coast Walk, touring the Saint Bees Head Heritage Coast; be wowed by the stunning, coastal vistas within the area.

Travel north to Whitehaven where you can perfect your swing at the local golf club, tour The Beacon Museum, discover The Rum Story & Jefferson's Shop, or stroll around Whitehaven Harbour, the perfect place to watch the world go by. If you'd prefer a countryside landscape, head for the national park, firstly stopping off at the remains of Egremont Castle and Longlands Lake, also inviting of well-behaved dogs, before summiting Scafell Pike or hiking through Wild Ennerdale National Forest.

Experience the best of the coast and country at Seaspray.

The living areas in this single-storey home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with TV. The bedrooms have TVs and consist of twin beds (can be made into a super-king-size on request), and a double, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front garden with lawn, patio, decking and furniture, a rear patio with artificial grass and furniture, a private driveway for two cars, and one parking space in front of the garage. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.9 miles, and the beach in 0.1 miles. Choose Seaspray as your Cumbrian escape. Good position but wouldnt like to be there in the main holiday season.Large carpark on one side and holiday park on the other ! However..great views of the start of the coast to coast and minutes from the sea.Very well maintained and our dog enjoyed the garden and the beautiful beach.

This is the second time we have been to Seaspray and it was clean comfortable and so handy for taking our cocker spaniel to the beach. We knew about the hot water pressure but it didn’t spoil our stay and it’s nice to know that the owner is rectifying the problem in the next couple of weeks.

We were pleasantly surprised. On arrival the cottage was spotless and delightfully warm. We had everything we needed and Alison made sure all was ok. Out of season we had no issue with noise or lack of privacy. Overall very pleased.
