Spacious and bright house for 5 people, with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, fully air-conditioned, located in a quiet urbanization with swimming pool and communal gardens.
Located 8 minutes by car from the fabulous beach of Vilanova i la Geltrú and its other extensive shallow beaches, perfect for a family holiday. Supermarkets (Aldi and Caprabo) at 3 minutes by car. You can easily go to the area of Villafranca del Penedés known for its vineyards and cavas. The house has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is located on the first floor.
It has a double bed 140x190, private bathroom and a nice terrace where you can sunbathe or rest. On the first floor there are two other rooms with single beds of 135x190 and a bathroom shared by the two rooms with bathtub. The living-dining room is a pleasant space to watch TV and share with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and is located next to a terrace where you can have a nice breakfast in the open air or enjoy an afternoon in the fresh air. On the second floor there is a third bedroom where you will find the fridge and laundry area equipped with iron, ironing board and washing machine. Do not hesitate to enjoy this fabulous house. Die ferienwohnung, zu der zwei tiefgaragenparkplätze gehören, befindet sich in einer größeren eigentumsanlage. die anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt. das appartment ist geräumig. im dritten schlafzimmer befindet sich eine klappcouch, die etwas unbequem ist. die gastgeberin andrea ist sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert schnell. insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
