The fully equipped flat has two bedrooms (one of which is a suite) and 2 bathrooms (one with Italian shower and the other with bath). You can choose between 2 large terraces. One faces south, where you can have breakfast or sunbathe. The other, much cooler in summer, where you can enjoy the garden furniture or the large dining table and the magnificent, unobstructed views of the nature reserve and the sea.

The magnificent Club House is 300 m away, where you can enjoy a drink, a meal or a game of golf in a magnificent setting overlooking the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar.

Although in a quiet and relaxing location, distractions are not far away.

Sotogrande, the Saint-Tropez of the Costa del Sol, is 10 minutes away, the port of La Duquesa with its marina, numerous bars (including a Belgian one) and restaurants is 20 minutes away. Want to go shopping? Gibraltar and its duty-free shops are 15 km away.

One of the assets of the place is without doubt its immense wild beaches (1.5 km) among the most beautiful of the Costa del Sol.

The swimming pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless modified by government decision due to drought).
