We offer you a magnificent, freshly renovated apartment with high-quality decoration and furnishings.
Located in a small-scale residence nestled in nature within the prestigious La Alcaidesa golf course. The residence is fully secured and offers all amenities for a satisfying holiday. There are 3 swimming pools, including a children's pool for the little ones, and a paddle tennis court. The fully equipped apartment has two bedrooms (one of which is a suite) and 2 bathrooms (one with an Italian shower and the other with a bathtub). The bed linen is of high quality. You can choose between 2 large terraces.
One faces south where you can have breakfast or sunbathe.
The other, much cooler in the summer, where you can enjoy the garden furniture or the large dining table and the magnificent, unobstructed view of the nature reserve and the sea. The magnificent Clubhouse is 300 meters away, where you can enjoy a drink, a meal, or a round of golf in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. Although in a quiet and relaxing location, entertainment is not far away. Sotogrande, the Saint-Tropez of the Costa del Sol, is 10 minutes away.
La Duquesa port with its marina, numerous bars (including a Belgian one) and restaurants is 20 minutes away.
Want to go shopping? Gibraltar and its duty-free shops are 15 km away. One of the assets of the location is undoubtedly its vast, wild beaches (1.5 km), some of the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol. 🔑 Key handover takes place at our agency, located at the port of La Duquesa in Manilva. A security deposit is required for this apartment.
The amount is shown before booking confirmation and payment.

It's a cute little apartment in a really quiet location with some lovely touches and furnishings. It's close to the beach and amenities and it was really good value
Some of the rooms smelled strongly of damp, but that could be because the apartment hadn't been used for a while and did improve during our stay and the kitchen needs a knife sharpener :)

The place where we collect the keys it's too far.
It should be near the residence.
