Behind the property are vast, undeveloped fields where horses can sometimes be found. The large, wonderfully fine sandy Amiets beach is also nearby and can be reached quickly. The large Les Amiets beach is arguably one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Finistère. Its dunes stretch for 1.5 km and will undoubtedly impress you. Cléder, located in the center of an important French vegetable-growing region, offers a rich cultural heritage that you can explore on foot or by bike: artichoke and cauliflower fields, hydrangeas, castles and manor houses, chapels, and Calvaries. Every Saturday morning, the colorful market in Plouescat, stocked with regional products, offers a wide selection. Near the holiday home, you'll find a recreational area with a mini golf course, two tennis courts, a children's playground, and picnic tables. The coastal hiking trail (GR 34), also known as the Customs Officer's Path, stretches 6 km along the dunes and offers picturesque views of the sea.
