This former boarding house, in a delightful setting, is 100 metres from the Manoir d'Ango, a magnificent historic summer palace built in the early 16th century by the powerful shipowner Jehan Ango.
All the bedrooms and bathrooms have been renovated.
This pretty longère with its authentic character is ideally located in the village of Varengeville sur mer, on the way to the sea (1500 metres away) and the village centre 800 metres away.
The house is set in the middle of a large garden, which will no doubt appeal to children who will be able to play to their heart's content.
The cachet of the farmhouse, with its brick and flint facade, exposed beams and terracotta floor tiles, makes it a charming and above all convivial place.
The living room is comfortable with its very large sofa and above all its large fireplace, ensuring pleasant moments of relaxation to enjoy with family and friends.
