You can expect your own small house with a garden and outdoor sauna in a quiet yet central location.
The large kitchen is modern and fully equipped, so no culinary desires need to go unfulfilled.
The holiday home is adjacent to our main residence.
It is located in a quiet residential area, but close to the center.
There is a small farm next door. Numerous shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation has its own entrance and has two floors, which are connected by a staircase (no elevator, child safety gate available). On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a box-spring bed (160 x 200), a daylight bathroom, and a spacious kitchen with a dining area. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and an extra bed (90 x 200), as well as the living room with a comfortable sofa bed (box-spring bed 160 x 200 cm). Thus, the apartment offers space for up to six people in total.
If needed, we can provide a travel cot for babies and toddlers.
Additionally, the apartment features a furnished southwest-facing terrace with a small garden where a grill awaits you. In the garden, there is a private sauna.
The wellness package for €19 per person includes a bathrobe, towel, and final cleaning. The house is of very high quality and fully equipped, so you won't miss anything during your stay.
For example, the spacious eat-in kitchen offers a fridge-freezer combination, a dishwasher, a coffee machine (filter + Nespresso/capsule), microwave, egg cooker, toaster, induction hob, oven with core temperature monitoring, and of course, sufficient cutlery and crockery for all guests.
For children, there is a high chair and children's cutlery.
Furthermore, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals just like at home.
All kitchen utensils are regularly checked and replaced. Each bedroom is equipped with high-quality mattresses and a modern television, ensuring a very comfortable sleep.
The internet connection is very fast at 250 Mbit, and WiFi is available in every room.
Two of the three TVs offer apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime and are connected to the internet. The staircase connecting the two floors can be fitted with a stair gate, so even the youngest guests can move around the house safely. The bathroom has been modernized and equipped with a glass shower cabin.
A washer-dryer combination is also available free of charge, so you don't have to bring a large amount of clothing. Towels and bed linen are provided to guests free of charge.
