You can expect your own little house with garden in a quiet, yet central location.
The large kitchen is modern and fully equipped, so that no cooking wishes need remain unfulfilled.
The holiday home is adjacent to our house. It is located in a quiet residential area, but close to the centre. There is a small farm next door.
There are numerous shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The accommodation has its own entrance and has two floors, which are connected by a staircase (no lift, child safety lock available).

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a box-spring bed (160 x 200), a daylight bathroom and a spacious kitchen with dining area.
On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and an extra bed (90 x 200), as well as the living room with a comfortable sofa bed (box-spring bed 160 x 200 cm).

Thus, the flat offers space for up to six people. If required, we can help out with a travel cot for babies and toddlers. The flat also has a furnished terrace on the south-west side with a small garden where a barbecue awaits you.

The house is fully equipped to a very high standard so that you won't miss anything during your stay. The spacious eat-in kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter + Nespresso/capsule), microwave, egg cooker, toaster, induction hob, oven with core temperature control and, of course, enough cutlery and crockery for all guests. There is a high chair and children's cutlery for children. In addition, the kitchen offers everything you need to cater for yourself as you would at home. All kitchen utensils are regularly checked and renewed.

Each bedroom is equipped with high-quality mattresses and a modern TV, so you will sleep very comfortably with us. The internet connection is very fast at 250Mbit and Wifi is available in every room. Two of the three TVs offer apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime and are connected to the internet.
The staircase that connects the two floors can be fitted with a stair gate, so that even the little guests are safe in the house.

The bathroom has been modernised and equipped with a glass shower cubicle. There is also a washer-dryer combination available free of charge, so you don't have to take loads of clothes with you.
Towels and bed linen are available to guests free of charge. A starter pack is also provided:
