Our flat house is situated in a sunny location on a fully fenced property with parking spaces and an additional seating area with barbecue facilities. In the summer months, a frame pool is available to our guests.
All flats are bright and friendly and have a high quality of equipment.
They are air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter.
All windows are equipped with insect screens and fully darkening external blinds.
Fast Wi-Fi with a very good connection is available for mobile surfing.
For our younger guests we have a cupboard with books, board games and puzzles.
And for our youngest guests we have highchairs, children's crockery and cots with extra mattresses.
Of course, we can also provide you with an ironing board/iron and co if required.
During your stay you will always receive fresh bed linen and fresh towels from us.

With us you can enjoy your holiday all year round!

- free parking on the property (total of four parking spaces for four apartments).

Our family-friendly flat house is located 500m from the varied beach with a large beach promenade.
Here you will find numerous sunny plateaus and shady spots under pine trees.
A variety of sports activities in and on the water, a wide range of gastronomic offerings, playgrounds and the Luna Park offer you and your family an unforgettable holiday.

The Mediterranean town centre with its historic alleys, the exciting harbour promenade with numerous cafés and cosy restaurants, as well as the adjacent third largest marina in Croatia are 800m away.
