Welcome to Duingt!
Located on the edge of Lake Annecy and two minutes walk from the historic centre of Duingt and all its shops, discover a fully equipped flat on the edge of the lake!
Ideal for 2 people, its location is perfect for your holidays.
The residence has a private car park and a secure room for bicycles, and is located on the edge of the cycle track. There are numerous bike rentals nearby.
The residence has access to the lake from the building opposite, which is convenient for a quick swim, but it is not a beach. For an afternoon at the beach we recommend the beach of the castle which is only 300m away!
The accommodation
The flat is on the 2nd floor with lift and has two balconies. It is equipped with a television, Wifi and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, raclette machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
The bedroom has a double bed and storage space.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation.
Pets are allowed, but you are responsible for vacuuming up the hair before you leave.
🅿️ A parking space is included with the reservation.
Please note: the accommodation is on the roadside although facing the lake, noise pollution may occur with the windows open. The interior of the flat is well insulated with double glazing.
Close to shops, restaurants, buses and cycle paths, you can leave your car in the car park and explore the old village of Duingt on foot.
Also called "the pearl of the lake", Duingt is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountainous setting.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm until 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be asked.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
