The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in San Ambroggio, this charming air-conditioned apartment with panoramic sight sea, of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 30 sqm, an open fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace of about 18 sqm. We are waiting for you !
The apartment, facing North West, is composed as follows
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, Wifi included, sofa bed (140×200), armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1 (master suite with sea view): a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with Italian shower.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A terrace of about 18 m², facing North West, enjoying a 180° sea and mountain view, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort: washing machine, baby bed, high chair, plancha, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in San Ambroggio, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a house with 4 apartments. You will be close to all the essential stores, but also to restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities :
- The beach and the marina at about 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
- Visit Calvi, Ile Rousse, Saint Florent, the musical village of Pigna...
- Boat rental, diving, fishing, walks, mountain hiking, visits to typical villages, Bonifatu forest ...
- Events : Calvi on the rocks at the end of June and beginning of July, Corsican polyphonic songs in Calvi and Pigna...
Transportation :
- You can park directly on the private parking outside (1 vehicle, any type).
- Nearest train station : Calvi located at about 20 minutes by car, and the train stop which serves the whole coast including Calvi and Ile Rousse located at 15 minutes by foot.
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine located at approximately 18 minutes by car.
Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner. 35 € kit for two people, 18 € kit for one person.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit herrlichen Blick und Sonnenaufgang am Morgen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Wohnung im ersten Stock buchen, da diese den besten Blick über die Bucht und einen sonnigen Balkon verspricht.Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl.Die Lage zwischen Calvi und L'lle-Rousse war für uns perfekt.

Bella Luce Sehr schönes Apartment. Im Mai kaum ein Nachbar anwesend. Also sehr ruhig in diesem Monat. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliche Vermittlung durch Rizlaine. Werden gerne wieder kommen.
