Cozy apartment equipped with all the main comforts to accommodate up to 4 people, including WIFI, washing machine and air conditioning. The accommodation is located in the coastal area of Trani, a few steps from the sea and sandy beaches, in a modern and booming neighborhood. Free parking space available upon request at the time of booking. For larger groups it is possible to book the other apartment of the structure named "Milù Apartment", for a total of 8 beds.
The 35 mq apartment is located on the ground floor of a condominium building (there are 5 steps to access it) and is composed as follows
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, fridge, freezer, moka and microwave oven;
- Living area with dining table, double sofa bed and 45" smart TV
- Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box
- Balcony.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating and air conditioning through vents throughout the apartment, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with optional changes for a fee).
N.B.: the hall is shared with the neighboring apartment Milù, however the interior spaces are totally private.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.

Trani is an enchanting village overlooking the Adriatic Sea and dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Svevia made it one of his main maritime fortresses. The town offers splendid natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. Wonderful the tourist port dotted with typical fishing boats and dominated by the symbol of the town, the superb Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the characteristic local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, the strong point of the city, visible from the sea.
The apartment is located in one of the historic squares with proximity to the first beach of Trani, to the lido reserved for army personnel, to the typical promenade that leads to the monastery and abbey of S. Maria di Colonna. The historic center can be reached on foot in 25 minutes. At 50 meters there is also the stop of the city bus and at about 10 meters the stop of the extra-city bus for the Bari-Foggia line. The essential services are close at hand: bar, supermarket and pharmacy are in fact within 500 meters.
- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to Andria Sud station, and from here take bus line 375.R25 towards "Trani Ospedale - Via Malcangi" and get off at the last stop, 10 minutes walk from the accommodation.
- FROM TRANI STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 30 minutes or by bus line 375.R25 to the "Trani Ospedale - Via Malcangi" stop, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Free shared parking space is also available upon request at the time of booking.
