The interior of the cottage has an entrance in a wide corridor and consists of: dining room with open kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with bunk beds + single bed, second bathroom with shower, laundry room.

Both bathrooms are without bidet.

At the back of the house there is a small orchard with an outdoor shower and the stairs leading to the terrace, which is furnished with a gazebo, sofas, table and chairs, and from which there is a charming sea view.

The house is air-conditioned: there is air conditioning both in the living room and in the two double bedrooms.

Angolo di Paradiso, in particular, is less than 150 metres from the beaches of Punta Prosciutto and Riva degli Angeli, where there are also bars and restaurants, as well as equipped lidos.

The centre of Porto Cesareo is 10 km away. - A reception operator will take care of check-in (from 16:00 to 20:00) and check-out (from 8:30 to 10:00).

An extra payment of EUR 50 is required for late arrivals with prior notice (from 20:00 to 24:00). - A signature of the relevant rental contract in Italian will be requested upon arrival. - Visitor's tax is not included in the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. - Linen not included (towels and sheets): rental costs euro 20 per person per week. - Specific cleaning for animals euro 60 to be paid on site. - In the event of failure to dispose of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be deducted from the deposit. - In the event of failure to clean the kitchenette or dishes, a penalty of euro 40 will be deducted from the deposit. - Air conditioning only in two bedrooms. - The two bathrooms in the house have no bidet. - Non-drinking water.
