It`s 500 meters away from the sea and the centre of Santa Maria di Leuca, Casa del Sole is a recently built apartment for up to 4 guests. A balcony with panoramic view The two-bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a newly-built residential complex and it`s characterized by a large balcony where the guests can have lunch or dinner while enjoying the panoramic view. A new and cozy apartment for 4 guests The bright living room is air conditioned, open kitchen and access to the second balcony with laundry area.
The apartment is completed by two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and it can accommodate up to 4 guests. - Small size pets are welcome. - Air conditioner in the living room and in the corridor. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
