You will be staying by a private lake in the oldest district of Karlsruhe (Knielingen).

The nearest S-Bahn (suburban train) station is about a 5-minute walk away.
The S-Bahn trains run every 10 minutes, and in about 15 minutes, you will be in the city center, for example, at the market square with its pyramid. You can reach the Karlsruhe Exhibition Centre in about 15 minutes as well, without having to drive through the city. Karlsruhe has a very well-developed S-Bahn network that extends far into the Black Forest and the Palatinate region. All our apartments are non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted on the terraces/balconies.

The dining area has a table for 5 people, and the living area has a sofa bed, an armchair, and a TV. Visually, the dining and living areas are separated by a staircase leading upstairs, where you will find 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm). One of them has an additional single bed (90x200 cm). See apartment photos below. This also includes a terrace with a lake view (approx. 12 sqm) with terrace furniture and barbecue facilities. The apartment and the terrace are located about 5 meters from the lake shore. The price includes all utilities (heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.).
