A splendid rural villa immersed in the green of the Colli Bolognesi, yet within easy access of the city centre, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The villa, surrounded by a large courtyard, is perfect for hosting a group of friends or families. It is spread over three floors arranged as follows: on the ground floor there is the large living area consisting of two relaxation zones with sofas, armchairs, TV and a large wooden dining table, and a modern-style kitchen, well-equipped with all comforts including an oven, dishwasher, espresso machine and a further dining table. Completing the floor is a bathroom with shower.
Up the stairs to the first floor is the first sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and two bathrooms with shower.
On the second and last floor is the second sleeping area, which has another double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. A further bathroom with bathtub completes the layout.
Free wifi, washing machine and heating will be available in the accommodation.
The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the large outdoor area where it is possible to relax on cool spring days.
Guests will be able to make use of three uncovered parking spaces within the property.

Bologna, known as the "Dotta" because it is home to the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine, and the "Rossa" colour that characterises the historic centre, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical centre, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historical centre is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise you all year round.
Bologna airport is less than 25 minutes away by car.
