The house is in a quiet location in Thumersbach, on the sunny side of Lake Zell.

The house has a single garage (for smaller cars) with the possibility to park a second car in front of it.

Snow chains are highly recommended in winter.

Ideal location and connection:

- Bus stop 150m from the house with connection to Thumersbach village, Zell am See and the cable cars
- Opposite the house is a new ski tour route to the Ronachkopf with stop at the Enzian hut
- In summer, many hiking and biking trails lead away from the house
