Cocoonr agency in Vannes offers this charming, bright and tastefully decorated 80 m² house for rent, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds, one of which on the ground floor opens onto the small garden, and 2 bedrooms upstairs, one of which is a mezzanine bedroom with a glass roof opening onto the 1st floor landing (unenclosed).
A bathroom (with shower and bath).
There is a very pretty garden with outdoor furniture (garden furniture and outdoor tables and chairs) of around 80 m² for fine weather.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
As always with Cocoonr, your house is ready to live in: your bed is made upon arrival, towels are provided and you have a wifi access included in the price of your reservation.
To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, tea, sugar, grocery kit, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products...
You just have to put your bags and discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 45 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), 2 sofas - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, gas cooker... - Three bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 queen-size beds (160×200) - A bathroom with shower and bath - A separate toilet For even more comfort: washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - A beautiful garden of 80 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days The house is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation: - You can park for free in the street, easy and free parking. - Nearest train station: Vannes station, 8 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantic at 1h15 by car - Bus stop nearby Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi at disposal (optical fiber) - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live" rentals, which will be at your disposal throughout your stay to allow you to make the most of it.

Imagine Belle petite maison, propre, très bien décorée et équipée. Le quartier est calme et agréable avec des commerces à proximité. Le centre-ville est à vingt minutes à pied et un grand centre commercial à 5 minutes en voiture. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Vannes et le Golfe du Morbihan.

🙂 L'aménagement de la maison avec sa décoration, le jardin et la terrasse. Belle surface à vivre et son équipement. Belle salle de bain avec douche et baignoire et les trois chambres le tout d'une propreté impeccable.
