The apartment has 55 m2 and consists of a bedroom, a living room with a dining table and kitchen, and a bathroom.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator and stairs.
The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, among other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxed stay. LOCATION The apartment is located on a quiet street next to the city center, 300 m from the City Hall and 750 m from the Farmers' Market.
The Old Town, Funchal Marina, and the seafront are less than a 15-minute walk away.
Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies, and clinics.
Although a car is not necessary, there are two public car parks 140 m from the building.
Free parking is possible during the night and on weekends on nearby streets.
The Aerobus stop is 850 m away.
There are bus stops 150 m away, and by car, there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the highway to explore the island. NOTES Cleaning is done before check-in, and there is a weekly cleaning service, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
Due to the island's climate, insects may unexpectedly appear.
To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food scraps and keep food well-packaged.
It is recommended that individuals sensitive to mosquito bites use repellent when moving around the island.
There are security cameras in the common areas of the building outside the apartment. CONDITIONS 1.
Parties or behavior that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbors are not allowed, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighborhood noise is prohibited. 2.
An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time, and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3.
Self check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key safe, the code for which is generated and sent on the day of arrival.
For in-person check-in, an appointment for the time is required, and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time may be scheduled according to our availability. 4.
Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and provide any missing identification details to comply with legal requirements. 5.
Any breakdowns, incidents, or cleaning issues must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be checked and addressed promptly during the stay.
Problems reported late with the sole intention of obtaining a refund will not be considered. 6.
Guests must inform us about any allergies, conditions, or special needs before or immediately after booking to verify compliance and for appropriate measures to be taken.

This apartment was exactly as described, with lots of light. The entire place was clean and well-taken care of with only the 2nd day appearance of a noxious smell in the bathroom sink drain, which appeared to be outside the control of the hosts.The communication with Fatima and Felipe was excellent ...
