A modern, fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy living room, and the dining area invite you to relax.
The spacious bathroom has a rain shower.
A washing machine and dryer for your sole use are available. Your car is safely parked in the underground garage in a very spacious parking spot, and a lockable room for your sole use, e.g., for your bicycles with charging facilities (e-bike), is available. Parking space with e-charging station in underground garage P-Number 33. You can reach the apartment via stairs or an elevator. We ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in the building. Unfortunately, we are not equipped for pets. Restaurants and shops are located nearby.
