The living areas in this first-floor apartment consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box and washing machine, and a living/dining room with Smart TV. There's two double bedrooms, one with Jack-and-Jill access into the shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car with additional parking in a nearby car park. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop 0.2 miles, a pub and River Conwy in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 1.3 miles. Conwy Castle is within a 5 minute walk of the property. The Old Coach House offers a wonderful base for a getaway to Conwy. Note: The apartment rests above a tearoom, and is accessed via 15 external steps; please take care.
