The cottage is composed on the ground floor of a living room with kitchen/living room/lounge, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (140x190 / 2x90x200 / 2x90x200), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside: an enclosed garden of 150 m², a terrace with garden furniture, parasol. Gîte adjoining 2 annual rentals. Property comprising 5 accommodations and the owners' house. Shared: enclosed courtyard of 1000 m², covered carport, 2 ping-pong tables, table football. Baby equipment on request.
Near 56G2528 and 56G2527. Unlimited WiFi via fiber. From Le-Tour-du-Parc, you go to Port-Navalo to embark on a tour of the Gulf of Morbihan and contemplate the islands. This town is a haven for fishing on foot! In case you come back empty-handed, you will make a detour to the oyster sites of Pencadénic or Banastère. The Gulf of Morbihan is about 7 km away
