This semi-detached villa features a living room opening onto an enclosed terrace, with a sofa bed (Clic-clac style) and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen area is equipped with 2 electric hobs, a microwave, a mini oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a washing machine.
A toilet is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, the staircase leads to a loft-style bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a skylight, as well as a small cabin bedroom with two 80 cm bunk beds and a window.
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. The terrace includes a garden dining set and a parasol for outdoor meals. GARDEN FURNITURE - PRIVATE PARKING SPACE N° 134 - SHARED SWIMMING POOL OPEN FROM MID-JUNE TO MID-SEPTEMBER* - PETS NOT ALLOWED *Availability of the swimming pool subject to the decrees cause COVID-19. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period.

The premises must be left perfectly clean.
