The living area, equipped with a flat-screen TV, opens onto a covered terrace and a private enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
The kitchen corner is fully equipped with 2 electric hobs, an extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, filter coffee maker, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, tabletop refrigerator, and a washing machine.
The ground-floor bedroom, a bit compact, features a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe, while the bathroom includes a bathtub and separate toilet.
Upstairs, the mezzanine under a skylight offers 2 single beds (90 cm), ideal for children or teenagers.
Only small dogs are allowed; cats are not accepted.
You can also enjoy the garden furniture, your private parking space No. 178, and the shared swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September, for relaxing moments with family or friends.

This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
The premises must be left perfectly clean.
If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services.
