The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Sainte-Marie, this charming air-conditioned duplex with sight sea, with less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accommodate to 4 travelers.
Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 32 m², an open equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony and a terrace.
The duplex facing East and South is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 32 m² with TV, Wifi (fiber optic), sofa, and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190). - A shower room with shower and toilet.
On the first floor: - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200). - A bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside : - A first terrace accessible from the living room, of about 17 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days and the sea view. - A second terrace accessible from bedroom 2, of about 13 m² with furniture.
For more comfort : high chair, washing machine, baby bed.
The apartment is ideally located in Sainte-Marie, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 3 minutes walk from a sandy beach.
You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : Beaches, port, walking paths in a preserved environment, health course, fitness areas, fitness and street Workout, skate park, Pumptrach, city stadium multisport, children parks.
In Toreilles, 5 minutes away: Jet Ski, water park.
In Barcares (10 minutes), diving center, nautical base.
Transportation: - You can park directly on the private parking space numbered apartment (1 standard vehicle). - Bus : SANKEO network - Line 5, Sainte Marie Plage -> TGV station. - Nearest train station : Perpignan (20 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes (25 minutes by car).
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).

Saubere und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, super Lage mit Meerblick, nur 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand.
