Cosy flat in the Residence Cala de Flores, with shared salt water swimming pool and tennis court, a stone's throw from the Marina of Porto Cervo and a few minutes' drive from the magnificent beaches of the Costa Smeralda.


The flat, located on the first floor and reachable on foot, opens up onto the open-plan living area furnished with dining table, sofa, TV and kitchenette equipped with fridge, freezer and gas hob. From this room there is access to the balcony with table and chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy meals in the open air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed and TV. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.


Available to guests are conveniences such as a washing machine, iron, air conditioning in the living room and heating.

The undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is an exclusive seaside village built around a cove resembling a deer, which has become the realm of luxury holidays. In the 1960s, Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, fascinated by the beauty of the stretch of coastline, decided to buy the land in this corner of Gallura and give life to a paradise for international elite tourism. The new marina, with 700 berths, is now one of the largest and best equipped in the Mediterranean, and is home to the prestigious Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, organiser of international sailing regattas.

During the summer, it is easy to find yourself shopping with film and television stars in the prestigious boutiques in the centre of Porto Cervo, the location of daily appointments with the international jet set between parties and sporting events (golf in particular) hosted by the prestigious restaurants, luxury hotels and exclusive clubs.

The town is surrounded by splendid villas in the style that has become typical of the Costa Smeralda and by beaches with crystal-clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind. It is an excellent location for visiting the wonders of this stretch of coastline. Not to be missed nearby are the Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja and the Spiaggia del Principe.
