The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle, and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Outside, you can enjoy a balcony and a shared garden. For sleeping, the apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two more guests.
A travel cot is also available. The apartment also has a shower room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Important information: This rental is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The property has Wi-Fi access via fibre-optic broadband. Pets are not allowed in this rental. The tourist tax is added to the rental price and must be paid before your stay. L'appartement se situe idéalement à proximité de la gare tout en étant dans une rue très agérable menant directement au centre ville du Pouliguen. Il est possible de tout faire à pied ou en transport en commun pour se rendre dans les villages environnants. Le jardin partagé et ombragé est un vrai pl...
Les températures caniculaires de cet été nous ont permis de constater que la température grimpe rapidement dans la chambre.
