Ca na Rossa is a charming country house with capacity for 8 people, fully equipped, with large terraces, several garden areas, a large pool, and a barbecue area. The village of Campanet is just a 6-minute drive away, where you will find restaurants, shops, and experience the charm of an authentic Mallorcan village.

Furthermore, the magnificent fine sandy beaches of Alcudia are a mere 20-minute drive away. Layout The house is distributed on a single level.

It has a nice entrance, with a living-dining room, a seating area with 3 sofas, TV, and internet.

Next, we find the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the side and rear terrace.

From the kitchen, we access the hallway where we find all the bedrooms.

The first bedroom has a double bed (150x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The next bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm) and a small en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The third bedroom also has 2 single beds (90x190cm) and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a shower with stone details.

The last bedroom has a typical Mallorcan-style bed (150x190cm) with high posts and a covered ceiling.

This bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub. Outdoor Area The property is characterized by a well-kept garden that surrounds the house.

Two wonderful "Mallorcan Olive Trees" and several palm trees stand out in the garden.

The house has several terraces, all equipped with tables, sofas, and chairs for enjoying mountain views or simply relaxing.

At the back of the house, we have a ping-pong table for the enjoyment of the little ones, and in the east area, we find the 12x6m pool and a full bathroom with a shower, as well as an outdoor pool shower.

Additionally, to top it all off, we have the barbecue next to the pool to enjoy a good meal and a refreshing dip. Ca na Rossa is a magnificent villa where you can enjoy your holidays with family or friends. Note 1.

Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price.

This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property.

Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2.

For properties where an extra bed can be included, subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Note 3.

Check-out from the property is at 10:00 AM.

When a later check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM. Note 4.

Check-in to the accommodation with staff from our agency is free until 10:00 PM.

There is a charge of €30 (10:00 PM - 12:00 AM) or €50 (after 12:00 AM).

Free autonomous access is available with staff check-in the following day. Note 5.

Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price.

The cost is €0.25/kWh, payable upon departure. Note 6.
