The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and prepared for a comfortable and functional stay from day one. – 24-hour assistance is offered throughout your stay.
During the day, we are available for any needs, and important emergencies are attended to at night to ensure guests' peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, providing a complete introduction to the property, resolving any doubts, and handing over the keys personally. – Upon making a reservation, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transportation services, and other complementary services, all integrated into the reservation confirmation. House Rules and Timings: – Check-in: from 4:00 PM. – Check-out: until 10:00 AM. – Parties or events are not allowed. – Pets are not allowed. Note 1: Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price.
This does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay.
No charge will be made to the deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Trash must be removed beforehand at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator. Note 2: In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities. Note 3: Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price.
The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure.
The meter will be read upon entry and exit. Note 4: In properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Likewise, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added for a cost of €13 per linear meter.
Please inquire about availability. Note 5: Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional cost of €30, and after 12:00 AM, €50.
However, there is a self check-in option with a welcome from staff the following day.

I have visited Majorca many times with my family, but we never stayed somewhere as quiet and private as this, an absolute privilege in this otherwise busy island. Just a short drive from Pollensa and Alcudia too, distances were not a problem. Beautiful stone house and well kept gardens, surrounded by forests and mountains. I would absolutely recommend this property!
