Our welcoming vacation home promises an unforgettable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Nestled in a captivating setting, it's just steps from the crystal-clear waters of La Caletta, offering the perfect escape from everyday life. The interior of the home is designed for comfort, featuring three air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. Two of them have three single beds, while the third boasts a comfortable double bed. Each bedroom has a door to the balcony and each door has a mosquito nets. Outside, the house is surrounded by a 60-square-meter veranda where guests can enjoy al fresco dining with panoramic views of the valley, and a large garden with a barbecue, table, and chairs for unforgettable barbecues under the starry sky. The outdoor space also offers spacious verandas, loungers for sunbathing, two outdoor showers, ample parking, and a large lawn where children can play freely. Located just 1.5 km from the nearest town of La Caletta, the house offers easy access to beautiful beaches, all essential amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and a picturesque marina where excursions by dinghy or motorboat depart to the fabulous Gulf of Orosei, with its unique beaches, and to the island of Tavolara.
The surrounding area is rich in attractions, with sports and equipment rentals available, excursions to Monte Albo, quad bike excursions, bicycle rentals, and organized tours of the Costa Smeralda, the Bidderosa oasis, the evening markets of San Teodoro, and the Ispinigoli cave, all adding to your stay with adventure and discovery.
