The cosy, spacious Solymar apartment with its own secluded terrace and garden is located on the popular Tenerife Romantica finca in the village of Lomo Roman near Puerto de la Cruz on the sunny side of the famous Orotava Valley The spacious living/dining room is furnished with comfortable armchairs and a dining table for 4 people.

And of course a large TV with over 100 German-language programmes.

The large panoramic glass doors to the terrace can be pushed completely over each other so that you can sit inside as if you were outside. The very large master bedroom has 2 extra-large double beds (100 x 200 cm).

In the second bedroom, the beds are separated by the wardrobe.

Both bedrooms have fixed partial bars on the outside doors so that you can sleep completely carefree even when the door is open.

Each bedroom has its own fully equipped bathroom with shower.

There is a table with 4 chairs on the terrace and sun loungers in the garden.

By the way, there is no dangerous gas in the entire finca, everything is electrically operated. Directly in front of the flat there is a terrace and a private enclosed garden with enough space for 4 people.

This means that children or dogs cannot suddenly get lost.

From the terrace you have a great view over palm trees to the blue sea.

Here you can see the sun sinking into the sea in the evening.

The garden is naturally adorned with plants.

Not forgetting the heated natural stone pool with sunbathing areas, the fitness room and the large barbecue area.

Car park on the closed finca. There are only a few flats on the approx. 4,500 square metre finca Teneriffa- Romantica. Please note that a possible tourist tax is not included in the total price.
