A first room with 1 bed in 140cm opens on a courtyard.
The second with 2 beds in 80cm. A bathroom with shower, an electric towel dryer and a hair dryer.
An independent toilet. When you come back from the beach, you can dry your towels in the small courtyard. Or settle down around the small table and 2 chairs for a refreshing drink! FIRST FLOOR - PARKING ON PUBLIC PARKING LOT - SMALL PETS ONLY ALLOWED - NO OUTDOOR To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest: * A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period.
This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
The premises must be left perfectly clean.
If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services.
