Residenza G&J consists of 3 brand new two-room apartments, each 40 sqm, opening in April 2023. They are located in Pacengo, a characteristic hamlet of the municipality of Lazise.
Excellent restaurants, cocktail and wine bars, a tea room, and a pharmacy are only 200 meters away.
The beach is approximately 700 meters away, a pleasant downhill walk.
The famous theme parks Gardaland, Movieland, and Canevaworld are just 1.5 km away. There is currently private building renovation work in progress shortly after the residence.
Therefore, some noise may be audible during the day, and the available free parking must be reached by walking along the main road (about 300 meters).
