🍇⛰️ In the heart of Alsace's Noble Valley, in a typical village between the Bollenberg, Strangenberg and Zinnkoepflé hills, the Maison Tilleul de la Vallée Noble offers you, in an Alsatian house completely renovated in 2022 and tastefully decorated, 2 cosy flats to rent all year round, each equipped with a kitchenette (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a bathroom with bath or shower. The whole house will be just for you!


🏡 The house can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for bringing family, friends and colleagues together for a weekend, holiday or business trip. Everything is planned to satisfy you.


🥨 In a warm and cosy setting, set off to discover Alsace, its gastronomy, its grands crus, and its history. Ideally located 15 minutes from Colmar, 🎡 the Parc du Petit Prince and the Ecomusée d'Alsace, but also 30 minutes from Mulhouse and 🎿 40 minutes from Le Markstein. Within a radius of just 10 minutes, a wealth of activities awaits you: 💃 cabaret, 👙 spa, ⛳ golf, 🐎 equestrian centre, 👟 hiking, 🍴 restaurants, 🍷 wine cellars etc.

🏠 The gîte is also an ideal base for exploring the Alsace wine route or discovering the Vosges massif (Petit & Grand Ballons), 🎿 its ski slopes in winter and its lakes in spring and summer. Behind the Franco-German border, about 1h15 away, go on an adventure to Europe's largest theme park, 🎢 Europa Park, or enjoy a day out in the pretty town of Freiburg.

🛋️ a lounge area with television and double sofa bed,

🏓 On the ground floor is a garage-type space, where you can meet to share meals and you will find a ping-pong table to enhance your stay.

⚠️ This garage-type space is not heated.


👕 A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing set on the ground floor of the house complete the accommodation's facilities.


🏡The whole house will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay
🧹 housework will be done,

🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets (bed linen will be at your disposal if you wish to use the sofa bed),

🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel,

📶free WIFI connection as well as TNT.


🍼 A cot can be installed on prior request.


🅿️ Free parking is available 20 metres from the accommodation.


House rules
<🚫 The ground floor space is not a garage. Parking and access is strictly forbidden to motor vehicles there. Tolerance is made for the parking of bicycles.


🚭 This flat and all the communal areas, including the shared space on the ground floor, are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking device is strictly forbidden.


🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 extra cleaning charge.


🚫 Pets are strictly forbidden.


🧹 Bed and bathroom linen and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities.


🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and putting away the dishes, taking out the bins, emptying the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 60 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €120 cleaning fee.


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
