With approx. 85m² the house has a wonderful size to spend a relaxing holiday with the whole family or among friends.

The equipment: A large living room (approx.22m²), with large panoramic windows, offers a beautiful view of the surrounding nature with its inhabitants.

Two spacious and quiet bedrooms with both a double bed and two single beds ensure restful sleep and relaxation.

A kitchenette, with everything you could wish for in your own kitchen, is available to brighten up every day of your holiday with good food. The dining area for 4 - 6 people is directly adjacent to the kitchen.

The daylight bathroom is bright and modern and offers a lot of comfort.

A private car park for our guests is available directly at the house. Also suitable for motorbikes. Fenced garden, play facilities for children and a terrace for barbecues or sunbathing are also available...

The modern chalet is very quietly located on the edge of the forest. Within walking distance, approx. 900m, there is a large water park, the Vitamar. There is something for the whole family. From the water slide, to a wave pool, to the sauna, everything is there to make the holidaymaker's heart beat faster.

In about 1.5 km you are in the city centre. There are many shops for everyday shopping (Rossmann, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi etc.), as well as fashion stores, restaurants, cafés and bars. Bad Lauterberg also has a thermal spa (Kirchbergtherme), the spa park with activities for young and old.

In the surroundings of Bad Lauterberg there are many other excursion destinations, hiking trails, ski areas, mountain bike trails etc.
