With approx. 85m², the house has a wonderful size for a relaxing holiday with the whole family or friends.
The furnishings: A large living room (approx. 22m²), with large panoramic windows, offers a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and its inhabitants.
Two spacious and quiet bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds, ensure restful sleep and relaxation.
A kitchenette, with everything you could wish for in your own kitchen, is available to enhance every holiday day with good food.
The dining area for 4-6 people is directly adjacent to the kitchen. The daylight bathroom is bright and modernly equipped and offers a lot of comfort. Your own parking space for our guests is available directly at the house.
Also suitable for motorcycles.
A fenced garden, play areas for children, and a terrace for barbecuing or sunbathing are also available... The modern chalet is located very quietly on the edge of the forest.
Within walking distance, approx. 900m, is a large fun pool, the Vitamar.

From the water slide to a wave pool and a sauna, everything is there to make a holidaymaker's heart beat faster. In about 1.5 km distance, you will reach the town center.
There are many shops with shopping facilities for daily needs (Rossmann, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi etc.), but also fashion boutiques and restaurants, cafes, and bars.
Furthermore, Bad Lauterberg offers a thermal spa (Kirchbergtherme) and the spa park with activities for young and old. Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus, ruhig am Waldrand gelegen, ideal für Familien. Vor allem unser Hund hat sich riesig über die große Auslaufwiese gerfreut, die wir ganz unkompliziert mit den sehr netten Vermietern teilen durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir waren total überrascht über die tolle Ausstattung des Ferienhauses. Es war alles sauber und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Sollten wir nochmals in den Harz fahren, werden wir versuchen, dieses Ferienhaus wieder zu bekommen. Leider mussten wir unseren Urlaub abbrechen, da unser Enkel krank wur...
