Welcome to the Haus am Wald! The house is family-friendly and furnished to a high standard. The wooden construction with exposed beams and the cosy furnishings create an atmosphere of well-being.

All rooms are bright and have exposed beams, which gives the house its special touch. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. In the entrance area you will find a cloakroom, a large hallway with staircase, a storage room and a small WC. Upstairs are the two spacious bedrooms with double beds - one with access to the balcony. The size of each bed is 200 x 90 cm. In one bedroom you will also find a sofa bed and a cot. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with tub and shower facilities.

The main entrance is at the back of the house on the edge of the forest. To the front the house has a terrace and a balcony. Orientation south. The terrace with garden furniture can be reached from the living room or from outside. A small barbecue is also available. The house has parking spaces about 10 m from the house.

The house (semi-detached) is at the end of a holiday village on the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows and trees and away from any traffic. The holiday village is located south above Regen near the Weißenstein castle in the district of Kattersdorf. The district town of Regen is a recognised climatic health resort in the heart of the Bavarian Forest and is conveniently located. 25 minutes by car from Deggendorf (A3).

Regen is an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions along the Glass Route or into the National Park, as well as for winter sports activities.
