A spiral staircase leads to the attic, where there are 2 further bedrooms with single beds. In total, up to 6 people will find the ideal accommodation to relax after an eventful day on the piste or after a mountain hike and enjoy the amenities of the holiday flat. The fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob/induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave ...) is complemented by a dining area with an impressive view of the Keilberg opposite. In the living area there is a fireplace and a flat-screen TV / radio / DVD player. Here, evenings can be spent savouring red wine by the crackling open fire. There are two more flat-screen TVs / DVDs in the attic, so that everyone can retreat to watch TV undisturbed.

In summer, there are plenty of opportunities to spend time outdoors on the 1,000 square metre plot. With a seating area, barbecue and deckchairs, you can enjoy your time outdoors.

A private road belongs to the property, on which 3 parking spaces are signposted.
