Welcome to this cosy but very modern furnished holiday flat. From the covered balcony you have a direct view of the greenery - perfect for relaxing on holiday.
This holiday flat is located on the upper and top floor of the very quietly situated holiday home. There is enough space for up to 4 people to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the 40 m² apartment.
The two bedrooms are located on the top floor and each have two single beds. The attic can be reached via a beautiful spiral staircase.
The living and dining area is the perfect place to relax. Put your feet up on the comfortable sofa set and let yourself be entertained by the TV or stereo system or simply enjoy the direct view of the vast green meadows directly behind the holiday flat. You can enjoy your delicious meals in the adjoining dining area with integrated American-style fitted kitchen. The kitchenette even has a microwave and dishwasher, making your holiday that much easier.
The flat is accessed via an external staircase and the covered balcony. This is furnished with cosy teak furniture. Here you can relax with a good book and enjoy the peace and quiet with an unrestricted view of the Haffbruch nature reserve.
Directly adjacent to this beautiful holiday flat is the Haffbruch nature reserve, which you have a perfect view of directly from the flat. The view of the greenery is the perfect place to relax.
However, if you prefer the view of the sea, you can also enjoy it here very quickly. Just 850 metres from this holiday flat you will find the kilometre-long sandy beach in Boltenhagen, the third oldest Baltic seaside resort.
