Welcome to our holiday apartment not far from Kulkwitzer See.
A bright and immaculately maintained 120sqm living space awaits you.
We offer accommodation for seven people.
We look forward to welcoming you! The modernly furnished and renovated holiday apartment is located in a historic building that is approximately 150 years old.
It was part of the Rittergut Lausen and was used as a barn.
We have tastefully renovated the building! The spacious holiday apartment spans two floors and is characterized by an open-plan design.
The living room is bright and furnished with a TV and seating area.
The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living area but is separated from it by a wall.
The kitchen area is also modernly designed.
An oven, stove, coffee machine, etc., are available and offer everything you need for self-catering.
A pleasant dining area is also provided for you. Furthermore, two separate bedrooms are available.
One is furnished with a double bed, and the other with two single beds.
The beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
One of the bedrooms is located in the attic, accessible via stairs.
The bathroom is spacious and beautifully tiled, featuring both a bathtub and a shower.
There is also ample space for your personal toiletries. Enclosed property.
The accommodation is situated in a quiet location.
The adjacent recreational area, Kulkwitzer See, with its many green spaces, is only a five-minute walk away.
