Our rustically furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and offers space for 2 - 5 people.
In our living/dining area, you will find a place to relax after a long day.
Make yourself comfortable on the couch, put your feet up, and watch TV on the flat-screen television.
In the open and fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them together at the dining table.
You will find restful sleep in the spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
The wardrobe provides plenty of storage space.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and a large mirror.
The entrance to the holiday apartment is directly from the garden, which you are welcome to use.
End an eventful day with a glass of wine and enjoy the wonderful tranquility.
Our beautiful holiday apartment is in a quiet yet central location.
You can reach the neighboring recreation area, Kulkwitzer See, with its many green spaces, in just a five-minute walk.
There you can enjoy swimming, diving, water skiing, or simply lie down and relax.
We are a very good starting point for hiking and cycling tours.
The bike paths are well-developed.
Leipzig's historic city center, with its sights and diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings, is about half an hour away.
The tram stop is just a 10-minute walk away.
Shopping facilities like Netto and Aldi are in the immediate vicinity.
Extra beds and children's travel beds are available upon request.
The city of Leipzig charges a tourist tax starting from January 1st.

Saubere und helle Unterkunft. Küche komplett eingerichtet.
Auch für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend. Preis geht in Ordnung.
Werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Hätten uns ein wenig mehr persönliche Betreuung gewünscht.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles in Ordnung. Es könnte nur mehr Platz für die Unterbringung der persönlichen Sachen sein,da die Schränke im Schlafzimmer zum Großteil belegt sind.
