Live on one level, breathe freely, arrive – perfect for couples, solo travelers, and small families. Only 400 m to the beach: The low-barrier 2-room bungalow "Lieschen" (approx. 50 m²) offers a raised double bed + an additional single bed, a bright living/dining area with an open kitchen, infrared heating, and a level-access shower room.
Usable on one level, accessible for wheelchairs.
Private garden seating area with furniture & grill, games for rainy days.
Quiet location on a property with animal-loving hosts (dog & tomcat).
Ideal for couples, small families, and relaxing Baltic Sea getaways.
Parking is available at the house. The holiday apartment is located in Kühlungsborn West and is situated very quietly and very close to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
You will be living on the landlord's property and should be able to get along with our tomcat "Mäx" and the female dog "Trixi".
Please note that any tourist tax that may be incurred is not included in the total price.
