The vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of a country-style house built in 2010.
It is very modern and well-equipped, having received a 3-star rating from the German Tourism Association in 2011.
The very well-equipped vacation apartment has a living area of 72 m² and is suitable for up to 4 people.
It features one bedroom with a double bed, a living/sleeping room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The house is heated by geothermal energy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, etc.
A parking space is naturally also available to you, as well as a large, beautiful garden. The resort town of Mardorf is the all-rounder on the north shore of the Steinhuder Meer.
Between the moors to the east and the Meerbruchwiesen meadows to the west, a five-kilometer-long lakeside path stretches out.
You can experience the breathtaking nature there.
Restaurants and jetties line the path in large numbers.
In summer, nearly 2000 sailboats are moored off Mardorf.
The bathing and surfing beach is widely known.
You can work on your handicap at the local golf park. Our beautiful vacation apartment is located in a quiet, well-maintained property near the forest, directly on the Steinhuder Meer, approximately a 2-minute walk to the promenade.
Nearby, there is an 18-hole golf course and a tennis court.
In Mardorf, you can enjoy cycling, horseback riding, walking, water sports, sailing, and simply relaxing.
We also offer internet access.
Guests can participate in a bird of prey demonstration upon registration.
Hunting opportunities in our own hunting grounds are also possible. Please note that any applicable visitor's tax is not included in the total price.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage zum Steinhuder Meer

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Kontakt mit der Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Garten komplett umzäunt. Wir waren mit Hund gerne dort. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Gepflegt und sauber. In wenigen Minuten geht man zum Uferweg am Steinhuder Meer. Herrlich mit Hund zum spazieren gehen.

Ausstattung der Küche , Geräumigkeit der Wohnung.
Die Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder ist zu klein. Die Wohnung wirkt etwas ungemütlich. Aus unserer Sicht fehlen ein paar Bilder.
