Seaside Amrum 1 pairs a bright living kitchen with space to enjoy the outdoors: the living kitchen and all living areas open directly onto the 20 m² terrace. Set in the centre of Norddorf, this modern 68 m² holiday apartment accommodates up to 4 guests.
Prepare meals using the oven, hob and microwave, with a dishwasher to take care of the washing-up. There is also a fridge with a freezer compartment and a coffee machine. Each living area has its own TV, and Wi-Fi is available.
The 2 separate bedrooms each have a 1.80 x 2.00 m double box-spring bed. There are 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are included.
The shared outdoor area includes a fenced garden, a playground and a trampoline. An adjoining barbecue area is a welcome spot for an outdoor meal. A washing machine and dryer are shared by all guests, and a high chair is available for a fee.
According to the host, a supermarket, restaurants, Abenteuerland and a cinema are a few minutes away on foot. The beach is approximately 1 km away, with a free beach shuttle operating in the high season. A bus stop is approximately 80 m away in a straight line.
Pets, smoking and youth groups are not allowed. The apartment is not barrier-free. Any applicable tourist tax is not included in the total price and is payable on site. Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

Viele kleine Mängel in der Wohnung. Defekte Schubladen in der Küche, defekter Fußboden im Küchenraum. Wohnung war im Souterrain, was zumindest ich vorher nicht gesehen hatte

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Trotz Lage im Keller, war es durch den großen Lichtschacht sehr hell. Die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert.

Seaside Amrum 1 ist bestens ausgestattet,incl.Nespresso-Maschine,und eine wunderbare Basisstation für ausgedehnte Wanderungen im Umfeld.Auch im Januar haben die besten gastronomischen Anbieter geöffnet.ÖPNV Fähre-Norddorf super abgestimmt und schnell.Organisation,Sauberkeit,Check in alles vorbildlichGerne wieder!
