L 'apartment of 50 square meters has its own entrance, completely renovated while maintaining the original historical appearance, ceilings with original oak beams and exposed stone walls. Furniture in arte povera style. 2 + 1 beds. Liveable and equipped kitchen. The apartment is on two levels with a very characteristic staircase in wood and wrought iron leading to the upper floor.
