- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, 1 small bedroom with 2 90x190 beds.
- Outside: a garden (not closed of 550 m²), a concrete terrace of 25 m², a wooden shelter to store your bikes and 2 private parking spaces. Gite adjoining the owners' accommodation but without vis-à-vis between the 2 houses. Here, a change of scenery is guaranteed less than 30 minutes from Vannes! Bordered to the north by the Gulf of Morbihan, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, and to the south by the Atlantic Ocean, Sarzeau combines the charms on the land side and the sea side. The Rhuys peninsula is also very coveted for the variety of its activities: hiking or cycling, swimming, boating, fishing, water sports: there is something for everyone! Not to be missed during your stay: the Port of Crouesty with its many boats and its thalassotherapy for a well-being and relaxation break.
