On the 2nd floor:

- Bedroom n°4 - Suite L'Arcalod: 1 queen-size bed on the mezzanine, 1 single bed 80x190 with en-suite shower room with WC, day area - desk

- Bedroom n°5 - Suite La Tournette: 1 queensize bed on the mezzanine, 1 single bed 80x190 with en-suite bathroom and WC, day area - desk

A deposit of €2,500 will be made via a pre-authorised bank transfer. A link will be sent by email from the server of our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting the bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.


Beds will be made on arrival according to the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing-up tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc, etc.) are included in the price, as well as cleaning at the end of your stay.

We can provide a cot and high chair free of charge on request.

About Saint-Jorioz....


The village of Saint-Jorioz enjoys a privileged location on the shores of Lake Annecy: crossed by the cycle path, it stretches up to the foothills of the Bauges massif.


This popular location is certainly one of the reasons why it is the most densely populated village on the shores of the lake, with plenty of sunshine and all the shops and services you need: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, chemists, bakeries, delicatessens, not forgetting a large number of medical and paramedical professions.


There are plenty of activities on offer in both winter and summer: sailing, tennis, rollerblading, badminton, beach tennis, hiking, cycle touring, etc., as well as a sports centre with state-of-the-art balneotherapy facilities...


In winter, the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand are just 40 minutes away. The family resort of Le Semnoz is just 20 minutes away.
