Particularly pleasant is the vast south-facing patio, with garden furniture, gas grill, etc., which you will appreciate for moments of relaxation after beautiful walks in the area. The port of Le Légué is now "the place to be" in the bay of Saint-Brieuc with numerous cafés, bars and typical restaurants. The sea is only 4 km away and there are a variety of sandy beaches in the immediate vicinity (5-6 km). There are hiking trails within 200 m of the house and you may be tempted by one of the sea trips offered at the harbour (200 m away).
The nearby area offers many attractive excursion destinations. Along the Côte du Goëlo, the seaside resorts of Binic, St.Quay Portrieux and the picturesque port of Paimpol are worth a visit. Towards the Emerald Coast, the charming seaside resort of Pléneuf Val André attracts visitors from all over the region.
